Gale "Joe" Taylor married Joanne Seyler on March 11, 1959 in Lewiston, ID. Together they had 2 sons: Michael "Mike" Taylor Sr. born 1959 in Camp Pendleton, CA and James "Jim" Taylor born 1961 in Eugene, OR. Later divorced, but remained life long friends. On July 4, 1997 Joe married Roberta Sather in Cheney, WA. Joe served from 1958-1960 with the Marine Corps. He attended college in Eugene, OR. Joe and Joanne moved to Dallas, TX where he was an Aircraft Mechanic. He retired after 30 years of being an electrician at Eastern Washington University and continued being a maintenance manager for 5 years at the Clearwater River Casino. He was also a Firefighter for the Nez Perce Tribe. Joe enjoyed hunting, fishing, family gatherings, drinking his bucket of Bud Light at PK's. He loved the annual golf trip to Laughlin, NV with his brother Ted, loved watching hot air balloons in Albuquerque, NM. Joe and his sons went to drag races and air shows in Spokane, WA. Joe also loved going on cruises with his cousin Gov.
